Katherine Miles, Founder/CEO

Katherine graduated from Life Christian University with a BA in Theology. She established Katie’s House after a miracle saved the life of her grandchild Katie. She has a passion for Katie’s House to help create stronger, healthier families and community. Katherine excels in teaching effective and applicable life skills. Her vision is to empower men & women who are experiencing unplanned and planned pregnancies to make life-affirming choices and offer compassionate support to families and those who have experienced abortion.

Shaina Visser, Director of Development

Nakita Williams RN, Nurse

Nakita comes from a large family. She and her husband have 6 children and live on a small farm. She has been an RN for 4 years. Her experience as an RN has had her wearing many hats from ER to Med Surgery to OR and to OB. She loves connecting with her patients and is excited to be wearing a new hat by joining the team at Katie’s House.

Dr. Bryon Leonard Perkinson, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Perkinson received his Doctorate of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and OB Fellowship at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, CA. Dr. Perkinson has over 20 years’ experience in Family Medicine with Obstetrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of OB/GYN, Society of Sports Medicine and American Diabetes Association. Dr. Perkinson enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his husky Luna.

Marty Ansley, RDMS

Marty is happily married to her husband Jeremy and she is a momma of twins and 6 children in all. Marty specializes in obstetrics, abdomen, gynecology, and vascular. Although she is very skilled in her field, you will often find her at one of her children's games or activities. She is very family-oriented and puts her family as priority. Katie's House Pregnancy Center is very blessed to have Marty on the team.
